What happens if I send the wrong amount?

Underpayments and overpayments are both reconciled manually. Email [email protected] with your order ID and transaction hash and the order will not ship until the balance is corrected or refunded. The fastest path is to send the exact crypto amount Titan shows you at checkout.

What if I send on the wrong network?

Network mismatch is the only payment mistake that can be irreversible — for example, USDC sent on Ethereum to a Solana-only address will not arrive in either wallet. Always match three things before sending: coin, network, and address. Titan checkout shows all three side-by-side; if your wallet shows a different network, switch before pressing send.

How long until my order is confirmed?

What if I lose my order ID or close the checkout page?

Send the prefilled order email from the confirmation screen before you send crypto — that email contains your order ID, items, address, and the exact crypto amount.
