Research-use products
All products sold by The Titan Peptide Company are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Because these are research reagents, our returns policy is built around quality incidents and shipment issues rather than casual restocking.
14-day unopened returns
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost. Return shipping costs and the original shipping charge are non-refundable. Email [email protected] for a return authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled orders
If a product arrives broken, leaking, incorrect, or fails visual inspection, email support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. Eligible orders are replaced or refunded. If the certificate or lot code does not match the bottle, hold the product and contact QA immediately — that is treated as a quality incident and reviewed urgently.
Quality guarantee
We stand behind lot quality. Replacement or refund is available on a lot mismatch, a documented lot-quality issue, or shipping damage. Contact QA within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, where relevant, your chromatogram and method so we can compare against the retained sample for that lot.
Lost or missing shipments
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, open a claim with the carrier and copy [email protected] so the file can be tracked on our side as well.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Because Titan is crypto-only, refunds are returned in cryptocurrency, calculated at the value of the original order. Please allow a few business days for the transfer to be confirmed on-chain after a refund is approved.
