Processing & dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders confirmed before 14:00 PT usually move the same business day; everything else leaves inside 48 hours. Tracking is emailed as soon as the dispatch record is closed. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
US domestic shipping
Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground from the United States. Standard US shipping starts at $12, and shipping is free on orders over $150. The exact rate is calculated at checkout based on the destination. Typical domestic transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International shipping
International orders are handled with express carriers such as DHL Express where available. The buyer remains responsible for local import rules, duties, and any customs requirements in their jurisdiction. Delivery windows vary by destination and customs processing.
Cold-chain & packaging
Nasal sprays and other liquid formats receive cold-conscious packing with an insulated inner pack; lyophilized powder generally ships ambient. Orders arrive in a plain outer carton with a neutral return label, containing the product, packing protection, and the printed lot release sheet.
Tracking & delivery issues
